Time to Get Motivated and WORKOUT!

It’s summer – finally! Think of all the sunshine, fun activities, beaches, and cute clothes – the season we have all been desperately waiting for! Oh wait… cute clothes? Beaches? I don’t have my perfect summer BOD yet! I’m sure you are all thinking the same thing.

It’s so hard to get motivated to get off the couch and hit the gym, or to pull on those kicks for a run. Why is so easy for me to come up with a list of reasons why I can’t make it to the gym? Do you know what I could have been doing while coming up with all of those excuses? WORKING OUT!! Since I can’t always figure out how to motivate myself, I have found the perfect ‘assistant’. Just one scoop of FitMiss Ignite PreWorkout, and I am good to go! Not only does this taste like a delicious treat (Strawberry Margarita flavor!), it really gets me pumped up to start moving.

Are you a woman on the go? Silly question – we are all women on the go. The tub of pre-workout isn’t convenient for a busy lifestyle. I love the taste (Grape flavor), and I can just grab a packet and throw it in my gym bag on the way out the door.

  1. OMG I love all the shit you write!! Your like so totally real about it and not fake like all these other fakers. First night in 4ev I haven’t blacked out lol. You need to keep going girlie and stay lit. The only box you need to check is being the baddest bitch ever for not giving a fuck.
